アクリルの密閉コンテナを洗ったら、蓋の隙間から水が入って抜けなくなっていた。あとで隙間にナイフを差し込んで水を抜いた。

5月29日の食器洗い機とシンクピア

夏に出版予定のワイフの本の取材で、昨日は忙しかったそうだがそのために食器が多かった。ASKO食器洗い機に関するご質問も毎日のようにいただきます。
今まで日本で販売されてきた食器洗い機への満足度が低すぎることがその原因のようです。一日分の食器をまとめてあらうことが理解できないことにも原因があるようです。我が家で出る食器の量は毎日相当違いますが、60cm幅のASKO食器洗い機の収容力と洗浄力・乾燥力は明らかに違います。

シンクピアに関するご質問も多くなってきました。実際に使ってみてこうなるんですよと、この日記で記録公開しているのですが、それでも心配なようです。
生ゴミが水と炭酸ガスに分解されて消滅してしまうということが、体験的に理解できないようなので、私の役割も重要なのかなと思っています。

5月27日の食器洗い機とシンクピア

5月26日の食器洗い機とシンクピア

5月25日の食器洗い機とシンクピア

昨夜は、トーヨーキッチン「妖しのインテリア」展のあと、名古屋のHMさん、静岡のMZさん、渋谷のHDさんの4人で表参道のそば屋「古道」で旨い料理や蕎麦を肴に夕食会だったので外食で食器が少ない。今週はほとんど毎日外食だったので体重計に乗るのが怖い。

昨日の朝のキャベツのへたはかなり固くて大きかったので、今朝はまだ分解しきれなかった様子。朝食がバナナとオレンジとほうれん草のスムージーとベーコンキャベツだったので、キャベツの皮の一枚目が沢山出た。計って見ると今朝の生ゴミは332gで、シンクピアの一日の処理能力がおよそ1Kgなので、この3倍くらいの厨芥までは処理できる目安だ。
4月にビッグサイトであった食品展示会に出展したシンクピアが5月20日のNHK WORLDで紹介されていた。ようやく本格的な認知が始まったようで嬉しい話題だ。
