昨夜はベターホームの魚料理教室があったので外食。食器は少ないが洗い物がいろいろあるのでそれなりに食器洗い機はフル活用。

7月30日の食器洗い機とシンクピア

私が夕食当番担当。久しぶりに魚介類のパエリア。米は2カップだがイカ、ホタテ、エビとパプリカなどの野菜がたっぷりで、ホットプレートいっぱいになった。この量をふたりで平らげるのだから、やっぱり食べすぎなんだろうか？
という訳で、食器洗い機もいっぱいになってしまって、ホットプレートやボウル類は手洗いになった。休日の一日分を一度に洗うのはちょっと厳しいかな。
スムージーのバナナの皮、デザートメロンの皮や、パエリアのエビの皮などたっぷりの厨芥ができたが、今朝のシンクピアを覗き込むと何事もなかったように、ほとんど何も残っていない。
I am on duty in charge of dinner. Seafood paella in a long time. Vegetables of such as the paprika squid, scallops, shrimp and is plenty of are being filled, hot plate although two cups rice. Two of us because they consume this amount, would not eat too much?
So, rather than an also full dishwasher, hot plate and bowls was kind to handwash. I wash once a day or a holiday is not a little harsh.
Yesterday but pushed the kitchen waste a lot of skins and banana sumuji, melon skins for dessert, such as the skin of shrimp paella, as if nothing had happened and to look into the sinkpia of this morning, not left almost nothing.

7月29日の食器洗い機とシンクピア

昨夜は一週間ぶりに私の食事当番で、熱さを吹き飛ばす餃子にしました。ミンチはコマ
肉を買ってきて、包丁でたたいて手づくりミンチにします。この手づくりミンチを使った餃子は極上の味になります。40個作ってふたりでぺろりと平らげました。

7月28日の食器洗い機とシンクピア

昨日はGLKの主催するキッチンセミナーで講師を担当させていただき、その後の懇親会でも大いに盛り上がったため外食。食器の数が少ないので水切りプレートを洗う。

7月27日の食器洗い機とシンクピア

昨日朝のワイフが担当したAllAboutじぶん学校では、会場に調理道具もなく水も使えないというので、色々な小道具を持参したそうで、洗い物が多くなった。demeyereジョンポーソンシリーズのキャセロールは熱を逃がさない構造なので、煮物調理が非常に便利なようだ。圧倒的な存在感ある優れたデザインの鍋と比べると、今まで使ってきた同じベルギーのBECAのキャセロールのデザインが寂しくなってしまう。

7月26日の食器洗い機とシンクピア

ワイフの担当する朝学校があるため、昨日は早い目に夕食。それがついつい刺身にする魚を買いすぎて軽めの夕食のつもりがしっかりいただいた。食器も多かった。
昨日は、宅配のオーガニック野菜が届く日だったので、野菜くずもたっぷり出た。
Dinner was early yesterday night  because there is a charge of wife's morning college. The intention of lighter dinner but she bought it to lot of fish sashimi. So there were many dishes.
Yesterday, it was the day of delivery arrives organic vegetables, plenty of vegetable scraps came out.
